    The junior suite's direct pool access provided an very nice experience, nice for a quick dip anytime we wanted.

    Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing, with many items tasting industrial and not fresh, leading to some stomach issues .

    It was immaculately clean and well-designed, good enough for party. It was nice having an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control. Thanks to the very welcoming and exceptional staff everything was perfect. The location was stunning, in outdoor smoking area, better than I ever had before. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

    The pool felt a bit cramped with so many loungers around!!! The lack of coral reef might be disappointing for snorkeling enthusiasts!!! It could certainly benefit from more unique dining options!!!

    My room was brand-new and reasonably large with superb bed, comfy sofa, thoroughly enjoyed it. All the employees were reasonably good and attentive and smiled at me. Location: the hotel was right by the restaurants, the red sea and the beach.

    Couples Only Relaxation Oasis

    Everything felt so good. The waiter Nour was really good always smiling and paying attention, made our dining experiences very special.

    It wasn't cheap but worth the experience.

    Amazing pool vibes!

    Stayed for 4 nights in a junior suite with partial sea view. The pool area was awesome, and the waiters were super attentive, bringing drinks while we lounged. The Japanese restaurant was a highlight-totally worth the extra €10! Just wish the WiFi wasn't such a hassle. Only free in the lobby. We loved it!

    Really good ambiance with attentive staff who consistently ensured our comfort, especially through VIP service that included special bracelets. The variety of food was excellent, particularly the regional bread and the delicious offerings at the à la carte restaurants. Cleanliness at the pool area could improve, as I noticed some thorough cleaning was needed to maintain the beauty of the surroundings, and while the beach was lovely, there were days when sunbed availability was limited.
